How long does it take for my snacks to be delivered?
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. Delivery takes 2-4 business days for metro cities and 5-7 business days for other locations across India.

What is your return and refund policy?
Due to the perishable nature of food products, we do not accept returns. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours for a full refund or replacement.
Do you use artificial preservatives in your products?
At Snackible, we strive to keep our snacks as natural as possible. Most of our products are free from artificial preservatives, though we use nitrogen flushing and high-quality packaging to maintain freshness.
Can I track my order once it has been shipped?
Yes, once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with a tracking link to monitor your shipment in real-time.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes.
